MY MAKE YOU SWEAT PLAYLIST!





Music is the main ingredient I NEED to have a great workout, hell to get motivated at all to workout. I wanted to share some of  tracks from my "make you sweat" playlist. The key to creating your own make you sweat playlist is picking songs that as soon as you hear it you want to get up and move. Remember your success is measured on your determination!
