Soooo being from Cali, I am hype to write this post (laugh out loud). There are reports that Apple will be purchasing Beats Electronics co-founded by hip hop star Dr. Dre. Andre Young (Dr. Dre) is ranked second on the 2014 Forbes list of wealthiest hip hop artist with a networth of $550 million. Reports from the Financial Times early Friday revealed that the U.S. tech giant's purchase of Beats Electronics is valued around $3.2 billion. He needs $450 million to top the list as the 1st billionaire but with a deal like that im sure he will surpass that.
