Hello beautiful people! I've been getting question after question on how I lost my 80+ lbs and being able to keep it off. Well here is the place to find out all that information. Being a mother to four amazing children, being healthy was never on my "to do" list with my hecked schedule. My my job, at the time, educated us on healthy eating by playing our own version of The Biggest Loser. (Laugh out loud) I was very competitive but at the same time learning so much. At the end of the 8 weeks (I think it was only eight weeks lol) I didnt win but did win for loosing the most weight, which was way better then winning the whole enchilada. And since then I haven't looked back.
So I want to share my eating tips, recipes, workout plans and so much more, because I was that big girl with a great personal but didnt want to date. That mother that after having a c-section was left with that saggy pooch of fat (times mine by 4). That busy woman barely having time to sleep to keep up with life and motherhood. So if I can get healthy SO CAN YOU! You have to believe in yourself. I'm still on my weight lose jounrey so I will be updating this section a lot. Down to a 37 waist I am getting closer to my goal waist size of 32. A lot of people ask me how much do I weight and actual I have NO CLUE! It's been over a year since the last time I weight my self. Reason being your weight isn't the main problem, its the fat around your arties aka your midsection. That's why I choose to keep my weight lose by the measurements around my waist. WEIGHT LOSS TIPS!
Ok, I first want to give you this simple BUT extremely important tip to get you more healthy

Breathing Correctly!
Yes breathing. I know your like, I know how to breathe I do it everyday. But are you doing it correctly? Not breathing right can cause serious problems since your body isn't getting the amount of oxygen your body needs to function at 100! Here are some signs that your not breathing correctly:
-Your rib cage doesn’t expand to the side. If you place your hands on either side of your rib cage when you breathe, you should notice that your hands move to the side about 1.5-2 inches as your trunk widens. If not, this is also a sign of shallow breathing.
-You’re breathing with your mouth. Do you find that even when you’re not exercising, you commonly have your mouth open as you breathe? Unless you have a sinus infection or congestion that keeps you from breathing through your nose, your mouth should be closed as you breathe from deep within your nasal cavity.
-Your upper neck, chest, and shoulder muscles are tight. Do you carry lots of tension in the muscles around and under your neck? If you get a massage, or you reach back and feel those muscles, do they feel painful, tender, or tight? If so, this can be a sign that you are engaging in stressed and shallow breathing.
-You sigh or yawn frequently. Do you find that every few minutes, you must take a deep breath, sigh, or yawn? This is a sign that your body isn’t getting enough oxygen in your normal breathing pattern.
-You have a high resting breath rate. A normal, relaxed, resting breath rate should be approximately 10-12 breaths per minute. If you measure how many times you’re breathing each minute and you exceed 12, this is a sign of quick and shallow breathing.
-You slouch forward. Poor diaphragmatic control can cause specific muscles to become short and tight. Typically these muscles are your chest and the front of your shoulders. So if you find yourself slouching your head or shoulders forward, this can be a sign that you’re not activating your diaphragm when you breathe.
