WHEY BLUEBERRY MILKSHAKE


With the chocolately goodness taste mixed with a hint of blueberry flavor you will feel like your cheating your diet (excuse me live change) because you will think its no way something as good as this is a healthy choice. I am a sucker for a good thick milkshake but when I looked at the nutritional facts on milkshakes from big food chains, I knew I had to make a substitute. I drink this every morning for breakfast. It keeps me full til my mid day snack. And as always its simple and easy to make with only 4 ingredients and 2 steps. You will thank me later! 


▶High protien
▶Low calorie, high fiber
▶Low sugar (7g)
▶Reduce cancer risk
▶Improve heart health






Ingredients
1 1/2 scoops of Pure Protein Whey Protein powder (or any whey protein powder)
1/2 cups of Wyman's Of Maine wild blueberries (any brand is good)
1/2 cup of water 
4-5 ice cubes 



Put all ingredients in the blender.

AND BLEND!
 BAM! ALL DONE.

BUT!

Dont drink from the blade part, please!
