BERRY POWER UP TROPICAL SMOOTHIE


I came up with this smoothie by accident lol but boy was it one delicious mistake!
Not only does it taste great and simple to make but this smoothie is loaded with healthy benefits like:

▶Low In Calories, High In fiber
▶Improve heart health
▶Reduce cancer risk
▶Fights UTIs
▶Helps burn stored fat
▶Anti-Aging properties
▶Healthy gums 
▶Helps kick a cold's ass!

And some much more healthy benefits. Well let's get the blender out and lets get blending! 

Ingredients:
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup of pineapple
1/2 cup of yogurt
3/4 - 1 cup of pineapple jusic
2-3 ice cubes (optional)
A blender! 





First add All fruit and yogurt.

Then add pineapple juice and ice. (If you add ice, add 1/4 cup more of pineapple juice If to thick.)


Then blend blend BLEND!


VOILÁ!
